The orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the order placed.

The delivery may take 3-5 days post dispatch.

Refund will be done within 10 workings days from the date of reverse pickup.

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available all over India with an additional charges of Rs 99.

Cancellation, Exchange & Return Policy

All unworn, unaltered clothing with tags still attached can be exchanged & returned within 7 days of delivery , no questions asked.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Not Dispatched’ whichever is earlier.”

Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Lucky Size Lucky Price Return Policy :

Please note that partial returns are not permitted for Lucky Size Lucky Price orders. If you wish to return your order, both products must be returned together. Returns for a single product from a Lucky Size Lucky Price order will not be accepted.

Normally, we do not accept returns for individual products purchased under this offer. However, if a customer wishes to return only one product instead of the entire order, they will be eligible for a refund of 45% of the product’s value, since the product was purchased as part of this offer.

Lucky Size Lucky Price Exchange Policy :

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size of the same item, the exchange can be processed with a ₹99 logistics charge.

If you want to exchange your product with a different product, you will be required to pay the applicable price difference (if any) in addition to the ₹99 logistics charge.
