Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policy
We at Varanga know the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Our large network aims to provide your orders in a quick secure way and takes about 7 – 10 days to deliver them to you.
- Shipping is available in all locations across India.
- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499 in India. If the total order amount is under ₹1499, additional shipping charges will be levied.
- To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered. Maximum of 10 products of a single piece will be accepted in a single order.
- MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
- All shipping will be carried out by our courier partners. All refunds will also be carried out through the same payment gateway.
- Express Delivery option is available with the above mentioned courier partners, charges of which will be levied according to your location. The express delivery charged will be mentioned before you place your order.
- Gift Wrapping option is available, charges of which will be ₹50 per product and should be paid during the payment of your entire order.
- Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in shipping address will be accepted.
- In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, can raise the complaint at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped. Once the order has been packed, cancellations will not be accepted. After the order has been shipped, only return or exchange will be available which will be accepted after the order is received by the customer. Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added in our Blacklist.
To cancel the order, You can whatsapp us on +91 9727067000 or Email Us - email@example.com (From 10 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Sat) within 48 hours of placing the order. We are closed on Sunday & Bank holidays.
If the product is already shipped from our end, we cannot accept cancellation for it.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you might need to return or exchange your purchased product. We strive to make your return/exchange process smooth and easy.
Returns are accepted, as long as the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging – and must have their original label. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
To return a product, you need to make a return request within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to COVID-19 if you want to raise a return or exchange request you will have to courier the product since we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now.

- The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
- Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Varanga will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
- In case of Cash On Delivery, the customer will have to pay the logistic charges and process the return separately.
All items bought during the sale won’t be returned. Only exchange will be processed.
Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

- Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
- Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the COD cost of to & fro).

Other discount offers cannot be clubbed on a purchase during the sale period.
