D2C Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the brand's D2C business performance
  • Monitor sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer journey metrics
  • Plan and execute website campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to achieve business goals
  • Analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize customer experience and website performance

 

Skills Required:

  • Experience in D2C/E-commerce account management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of website merchandising and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Social Media Intern 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms 
  • Create engaging content ideas aligned with ongoing campaigns, trends, and brand identity 
  • Write captions, hooks, and basic copy for posts, reels, and stories 
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creatives and shoots 
  • Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and viral formats 
  • Support in shooting basic content (reels, BTS, product styling videos) 
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs (if required) 
  • Assist in influencer collaborations and campaign execution 
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements 

 

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Instagram trends and content formats 
  • Good communication and creative thinking skills 
  • Familiarity with Canva / basic editing apps is a plus 
  • Comfortable being on shoots and brainstorming content ideas

Graphic Designer (AI Specialist)

Responsibilities 

  • Create high-quality visuals using AI design tools and traditional design software
  • Generate campaign creatives, social media content, banners, and website assets
  • Use AI tools to enhance productivity, ideate concepts, and create innovative visual content
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute brand campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

 

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in AI design tools 
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Experience creating social media, performance marketing, and e-commerce creatives
  • Understanding of fashion, design trends, and visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus

Graphic Designer 

Responsibilities:

Skills Required:
