Cancellation Policy : Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Not Dispatched’ whichever is earlier.”

Please note that partial returns are not permitted for Lucky Size Lucky Price orders. If you wish to return your order, both products must be returned together. Returns for a single product from a Lucky Size Lucky Price order will not be accepted.

Normally, we do not accept returns for individual products purchased under this offer. However, if a customer wishes to return only one product instead of the entire order, they will be eligible for a refund of 45% of the product’s value, since the product was purchased as part of this offer.

Lucky Size Lucky Price Exchange Policy :

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size of the same item, the exchange can be processed with a ₹99 logistics charge.
