    Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Not Dispatched’ whichever is earlier.”

  • State the reason for exchange; additional feedback will be much appreciated!
  • Specify the product you would like in exchange & size needed
  • Once the return product is picked up then the exchange is dispatched from our end.
  • To receive an exchange order may take 7¬-10 working days.

    • For Return :

  • Subject line: Your Order Id "Refund" ( Example : #VA100 Refund )
  • State the reason for return; additional feedback will be much appreciated!
  • The refund process takes upto 15 working days from date of reverse pickup.
  • The amount of Rs 100 will be deducted in case of refund as reverse shipping charges applicable.
