  • Any Products Purchased from Sale stores of Year End sale i.e. FLASH DEAL, FLAT 499 to FLAT 999 are not applicable for exchange.
  • They are only applicable for store credit with a deduction amount of Rs 100 as reverse logistics.

    • Cancellation Policy : Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Not Dispatched’ whichever is earlier.”

    For Exchange:

  • State the reason for exchange; additional feedback will be much appreciated!
  • Specify the product you would like in exchange & size needed
  • Once the return product is picked up then the exchange is dispatched from our end.
  • To receive an exchange order may take 7¬-10 working days.

  • State the reason for return; additional feedback will be much appreciated!
  • The refund process takes upto 15 working days from date of reverse pickup.
